Laboratory and table autoclaves
Our tabletop autoclaves have particularly compact external dimensions compared to the volume of the chamber. Different models with round and square chambers are available up to a volume of 200 liters. These devices are suitable for the sterilization of small quantities of liquids, solids and waste (S2 - according to BiostoffV, TRBA 100). Depending on the area of application, different equipment variants are available.
Vertical autoclaves for laboratory applications
Vertical autoclaves, which can be loaded from the top, are very robust and are particularly suitable for sterilizing light products such as waste in sterilization bags. To facilitate the loading of heavier products, such as liquids, an electric loading and unloading device is available as an option. These devices are suitable for the sterilization of liquids, solids and waste (S2 - according to BiostoffV, TRBA 100). Different equipment variants are available depending on the area of application.
Standing autoclaves with vertical door
Mid-sized, self-contained autoclaves are suitable for all common sterilization tasks in the pharmaceutical and laboratory industries. In this product category we have a wide range of standard chambers from 150 to 1,034 liters. In addition, they can be individually adapted to your needs. Whether a stand-alone laboratory unit or a pharmaceutical autoclave with two doors as a passage with gas-tight partition. The floor autoclave with pneumatically operated vertical door is also particularly space-saving. It perfectly combines useful volume and small footprint.
Standing autoclaves - round
Our stand-alone autoclaves with round chamber are the more cost-effective alternative to our autoclaves with square chamber. Our compact and powerful stand-alone autoclaves with round chamber are used in the laboratory and food production sectors as well as in the pharmaceutical sector. Various sizes from 330 liters to 825 liters chamber volume and a diverse range of options are available for this type of equipment.
Stand-up autoclaves - production
The large, self-contained autoclaves with horizontal door are suitable for all common sterilization tasks in the pharmaceutical, manufacturing and livestock industries. In this product category we have a wide range of standard chambers of different sizes up to 18,000 liters. These can also be individually adapted to your needs. In this size range, for example, it may make sense for loading to take place at ground level, i.e. for the unit to be mounted in a pit. Special processes such as the hot water spray process (HWSP) or the steam-air mixing process (SAMP) can also be implemented.
